# Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
CodexiLab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Triple Tile: Zen Match for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on your compatible Android/iOS mobile devices.
2. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency
The game includes virtual currency ("Coins") and virtual items ("Boosters"). These items are licensed, not sold. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money.
3. In-App Advertisements
Triple Tile: Zen Match is supported by third-party advertising provided by Google AdMob. By playing the game, you agree to the display of banner, interstitial, rewarded video, and app open advertisements.
4. Intellectual Property
All game assets, code, artwork, audio, characters, trademarks, and level designs are the proprietary property of CodexiLab. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the game.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. CodexiLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the game.
