CodexiLab ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NexBot software application and related platform services. This Privacy Policy details our data collection, handling, and protection standards in full compliance with Google Play Developer Policies, Apple App Store Guidelines, and global data privacy standards (including GDPR and CCPA).
1. Information Collection & Permissions
NexBot adheres to data minimization principles. We only request device permissions that are strictly necessary for core application functionality:
- Device & Hardware Information: We may collect non-personally identifiable hardware metadata, such as device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and network state. This information is utilized solely to optimize rendering performance, prevent memory crashes, and diagnose technical faults.
- Network & Connectivity Telemetry: The application communicates securely with our backend API servers over encrypted TLS 1.3 connections. Standard network access permissions are used to fetch updated content, verify session status, and sync user preferences.
- Local Device Storage: NexBot may store cache files, downloaded media preferences, or local database records (via SQLite or Isar) directly on your device to enable offline access and fast resume times. No private files outside the application's isolated sandbox are ever accessed.
2. Advertising & Third-Party SDK Disclosures
To sustain ongoing development and cloud hosting infrastructure, NexBot may incorporate trusted third-party developer software development kits (SDKs):
- Advertising Providers (Google AdMob / Google AdSense): When advertising is enabled, third-party advertising partners may collect anonymized advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) to serve contextually relevant advertisements. Users can reset or opt out of personalized ad tracking via their device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID; iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking).
- Analytics & Diagnostic Telemetry: We may utilize anonymized diagnostic tools to measure app performance, frame rate stability, and API latency. No personally identifiable communication or user passwords are ever shared with analytics partners.
3. Data Retention and Account Safeguards
We maintain robust industry-standard safeguards to protect any data processed by NexBot. We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize user data under any circumstances. All operational telemetry is retained only for the minimum duration required to guarantee system reliability.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests
You maintain full ownership of your personal data. You may request confirmation of what data (if any) is stored, request corrections, or demand complete deletion of your records from our systems.
To submit a verified data erasure request, please email contact@codexilab.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request - NexBot. Our engineering team processes all deletion requests within 30 business days.
